Many people may believe that store bought meals are efficient and suitable but the best way to incorporate proper nutrition into a regular diet is to have access to fruits and vegetables. Many urban areas have little to no access to grocery stores or even fresh foods. What this means is that many people in these areas are unable to get proper foods. Lower class citizens residing in poor cities are especially at disadvantage as supermarket chains avoid low income neighborhoods.
